Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that you have any issues or concerns about your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our handmade products, each item crafted may differ in size, shape and colour and all photography shown on the website acts as a representation of the unique piece that you will receive.
We ask that any returns are sent to us within 30 days of receipt, any items sent to us after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your items, please contact us at christine@claystudionottingham.com and include your order reference, reason for your return and any photographs that are relevant to your issue. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your items to us.
Please note that we will not accept returns unless we have been notified first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend tracking and insuring any deliveries over the value of £50.
